About AI IBIZA
AI IBIZA designs sovereign artificial intelligence systems for enterprises, professionals, and organizations that refuse to outsource their most strategic information to platforms they do not control.
Our thesis is straightforward. An organization's most sensitive material — internal documentation, proprietary databases, operational workflows, communications, research, intellectual property, financial records, medical histories, technical and commercial data — should never depend on services it does not own, and should never leave the environment it operates from.
We build private AI architectures that run entirely on-premise, including in fully offline environments. They combine advanced automation, persistent autonomous agents, real-time information ingestion, and continuous self-reinforcing learning. The result is, in effect, a private brain for the organization — one that grows, correlates, and refines itself the longer it operates, while remaining wholly owned by the people who built it.
Compared to a public-cloud stack, these systems are substantially deeper, faster, and more precise — and they remain fully traceable, fully sovereign, and adapted to the operational reality of each client rather than the constraints of a shared SaaS dashboard.
AI IBIZA operates from Ibiza, Spain, and Mar del Plata, Argentina — two jurisdictions where we are actively building. From this base we extend into the rest of Europe, Latin America, and the United States as the next phase unfolds.
The architecture is deliberately differentiated. Inference runs locally on Mac Studio systems for interactive workloads and NVIDIA DGX infrastructure for heavier modeling, indexing, and large-scale agent execution. The work is orchestrated through Hermes Agent, with durable memory layered through Obsidian and private vector databases. The platform ingests — in real time — internal documents, corporate databases, APIs, enterprise systems, technical repositories, research environments, multimedia content, and multiple external feeds, building an ecosystem that learns, correlates, and continuously assists the operations that matter most.
For a modern organization, the correct architecture is the one where control over intelligence, data, and infrastructure stays entirely in the hands of the client.

Engineer, AI infrastructure operator and entrepreneur.
Gee has spent more than a decade building and running production infrastructure at scale. He is co-owner of a private datacenter in Thailand operating on H100 clusters, separate from the AI IBIZA project, and founder of two further companies outside the legal-tech space. He brings to AI IBIZA the engineering judgement to translate state-of-the-art open-source AI into systems professionals can rely on day to day.
For AI IBIZA he chooses a deliberately different architecture. The work runs locally — Mac Studio for interactive workloads, NVIDIA DGX Spark for the heavier model and indexing work — orchestrated by Hermes Agent, with Obsidian as the durable knowledge layer. That architecture runs in daily, unattended production today: as GESTOR, reading Spanish and Balearic official gazettes every weekday morning for a real gestoría client since May 2026, and as DESPACHO, its law-firm counterpart, now reviewing contracts, checking conflicts, and drafting documents on the same engine. Today that production system runs on AI IBIZA's own infrastructure; the architecture is designed so a client's own hardware can run the same system as the appliance model rolls out. The right architecture for regulated data is the one the client is built to control.

Argentine attorney with nearly three decades of professional experience in commercial law, insurance, professional liability, regulatory compliance and risk management.
Graduated from the National University of Mar del Plata (1995) and holds a Master's Degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral (1997).
Founder and managing partner of Estudio Jurídico Etchegaray & Asociados, Rodrigo has advised multinational corporations, insurance carriers, healthcare organizations, clinics, fishing companies, energy-sector businesses and professional athletes. His work also includes medical malpractice litigation, insurance regulation, research ethics oversight and university-level teaching in civil and contractual liability.
Within AI IBIZA, Rodrigo contributes legal expertise, regulatory perspective, commercial strategy and practical experience in highly regulated industries. His role focuses on helping organizations translate business requirements, professional workflows and specialist knowledge into AI systems that are transparent, reliable and aligned with real-world operational needs. Acting as a bridge between clients, subject-matter experts and the technical development team, he helps ensure that AI solutions are not only technically capable, but also commercially relevant, operationally practical and aligned with applicable regulatory frameworks. His responsibilities include strategic guidance, commercial development, legal advisory, knowledge architecture, governance design and client-facing solution development.
Rodrigo is admitted to the Bar in Argentina. He is not a member of a Spanish Colegio de Abogados. He acts in AI IBIZA as a co-founder and internal advisor; AI IBIZA does not provide legal services through this website.

AI IBIZA operates under AI IBIZA SOLUTIONS, S.L., registered in Spain. The project is still in its pre-revenue phase. We are not taking client engagements through this website.
