AI IBIZA SOLUTIONS, S.L. is duly incorporated and registered with the Registro Mercantil de Eivissa under the details above. All responsibilities arising from the content and operation of aiibiza.com are assumed by the company.

This website is informational and for outreach. It presents the AIIBIZA project — an on-premise AI system designed for European legal and professional practice — to prospective clients, partners and investors.

The site does not currently host transactional services, paid checkout flows for AIIBIZA's core product, or any feature that processes third-party personal data through AI systems. Any future change will be reflected here and in the Privacy Policy.

All content on this website — text, design, code, illustrations, logos — is owned by the operator or used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or transformation is not permitted.

The AI IBIZA name, AIIBIZA word mark and associated graphic elements are in the process of trademark protection. Use by third parties without authorisation may give rise to legal action.

• "Gee van D" — the public short form used in product, marketing and About content.
• Gertjan van Donselaar — the full legal name used for all legal, contractual and data-protection purposes.

Both refer to the same natural person.
