> 1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit. They can keep technical state between page loads, recognise you on return visits, or measure use of the site.
> 2. Our approach
AIIBIZA is built around the principle of data minimisation. The website is designed to use as few cookies as possible. We do not load advertising or social trackers in the default page experience.
If we add measurement or third-party features in the future, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested via a banner consistent with the AEPD Guía sobre el uso de cookies (current version).
> 3. Cookies and similar technologies in use
// 3.1 Strictly necessary
These items are necessary to deliver the site you requested. Under Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI-CE, they do not require consent.
| Item | Purpose | Provider | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consent state | Remembers whether you have interacted with the cookie banner | This site (first-party) | Up to 12 months |
| Session technical state | Keeps short-lived UI state during your visit | This site (first-party) | Session |
// 3.2 Functional, analytics, marketing
None at the time of writing.
If a functional, analytics or marketing cookie is added (for example, traffic measurement or video embed), it will be listed here with its purpose, provider, duration and the legal basis for its use, and the cookie banner will be updated to request your prior consent.
> 4. Third-party services that may set cookies indirectly
When you interact with certain elements, third parties may set their own cookies. We document the ones that could apply:
- Formspree — when you submit the contact form, Formspree may set cookies on its own domain for anti-abuse and operational purposes. This is governed by Formspree's privacy notice.
- Embedded video / external content — at the time of writing, no third-party video or embed is loaded in the default page experience.
These are documented exposures to assess, not endorsements: we limit our reliance on third parties for this exact reason.
> 5. How to manage cookies
You can configure your browser to accept, reject or delete cookies:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Rejecting strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from functioning correctly.
You can also revoke any previously granted consent at any time by clearing the consent cookie on this domain through your browser settings, or by writing to geevandonselaar@protonmail.com.
> 6. Changes
This Cookie Policy will be updated when cookie use on the site changes. The "Last reviewed" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted in the cookie banner for a reasonable period.
